Refund(s) will not be issued for personalized and/or time sensitive items or on items shipped electronically or on services or on fundraising items or on 'all sales final' items. Maximum refund amount is original purchase price as indicated in our records (the "unit price") + applicable taxes, if any. Please note: in some cases, the purchase price may have included shipping and/or tax - i.e. the "delivered" price - if so, this amount will be allocated to the applicable components. Returns may be subject to a minimum 25% restocking charge and/or other charges when applicable. No refunds on shipping charges, gift wrapping charges, rush charges, and some other charges. THE ORIGINAL, UNMODIFIED SHIPPING PAPERWORK INCLUDED WITH OUR ORIGINAL SHIPMENT TO YOU MUST ACCOMPANY YOUR RETURNED MERCHANDISE TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND. Refund checks will be mailed to same address as listed in our records as the "Bill To" party. We may issue a check refund or issue a credit to your charge card at our option. Proof of your return may be required prior to issuing a refund. We will not be responsible for lost/misdirected/delayed/etc. mail. Replacement check(s) may be issued only with an additional charge. EXCHANGE POLICY INFORMATION: READ AND FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY. Exchanges allowed for defective merchandise only. A minimum $7 non-refundable processing fee per item must accompany all exchange requests. Additional non-refundable processing/shipping fees may also be required. Returned merchandise not accompanied by this minimum $7 processing fee is subject to refusal. Defective merchandise is defined as merchandise that we deem fails to substantially perform according to manufacturer's minimum internal specifications in accordance with our policies. If we deem merchandise was damaged during shipment or subsequent to shipping (unintentional or otherwise), no exchange or refund may be issued. Defects deemed cosmetic do not constitute "defective" merchandise. Determination of "defective" is at our sole discretion. Open merchandise exchanged for same item(s) only - or we may substitute a substantially comparable item(s) at our sole discretion. Opened merchandise or merchandise which is otherwise not in original condition does not qualify for a refund. We may, at our sole option, process your exchange request under our refund policy. You agree to accept any refund in full satisfaction of your exchange request. Replacement merchandise will be sent in opened, non-returnable condition.
